VentrioTerms of Use
By using Ventrio (the "Service") you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Ventrio, Kazakhstan, Pavlodar.
What the Service does
Ventrio helps you turn an idea into a working first version of a website or application. You describe an idea, Ventrio proposes directions with you, generates a first version, shows it in a preview, and lets you publish it at a public address.
Your account
You need an account to use the Service. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.
What you may not do
Do not use the Service to create or publish anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing; anything that impersonates a real person or organisation; malware, phishing or credential-harvesting pages; or content that harasses or endangers others. Do not attempt to break out of the preview sandbox, disrupt the Service, or work around usage limits.
Your content and what you make
You keep ownership of what you write and of the projects generated for you. You grant Ventrio the permissions it needs to store, process and display them in order to run the Service — including sending them to the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you publish. AI-generated output is not checked by a human before you see it, and publishing it is your decision.
Generated output is not unique
Similar prompts can produce similar results for different people. Ventrio does not promise that anything generated for you is original, or that it does not resemble output produced for someone else.
Usage limits
Free accounts have a daily allowance for generations and idea conversations. We may change these allowances. A generation that fails through no fault of yours is refunded to your allowance.
Availability
The Service is provided as it is, without a guaranteed level of availability. It depends on third-party providers, and an outage at one of them can interrupt it. We may change or discontinue features.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that generated output will be accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or business decisions taken on the basis of anything generated by the Service.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or its users at risk. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
