Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Ventrio collects, why, and who processes it. Ventrio is operated by Ventrio, Kazakhstan, Pavlodar. Questions: founder@ventrio.org.
What we collect
• Account information — the email address you sign up with, and an encrypted password. Authentication is handled by Supabase. • What you write — the ideas, descriptions and messages you send to Ventrio, and the conversations they belong to. • What Ventrio builds for you — the directions proposed for your project, the generated application or site, and the versions you publish. • Usage counters — how many generations and idea conversations you have used against your free allowance. • Technical logs — request logs kept by our hosting providers, which include IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps. We do not collect analytics about how visitors behave on the products you publish. No such tracking exists in Ventrio.
Why we use it
To create and secure your account; to generate, store and display the projects you ask for; to publish a project when you choose to; to enforce free-usage limits fairly; to keep the service running and to investigate faults and abuse.
AI processing
Generating a direction or a first version requires sending your idea, your project description and the related conversation to a third-party AI provider. Ventrio currently uses Google (Gemini API) for idea conversations and for generating applications, and Anthropic for parts of the in-project assistant and feedback analysis. Those providers process this content to return a result. We do not control their internal handling and we do not send them your email address or password. If you would rather a piece of information were not sent to an AI provider, do not put it in a prompt or a project.
Who else processes your data
• Supabase — accounts, authentication and the database where projects, conversations and published versions are stored. • Vercel — hosting for the website and its server functions, including request logs. • Railway — hosting for the background service that generates applications. • Google and Anthropic — AI processing, as described above. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where data is processed
These providers operate infrastructure in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. We choose providers that offer standard contractual protections for such transfers.
How long we keep it
Projects, conversations and generated versions are kept while your account exists, so you can come back to them. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our hosting providers under their own retention settings. When you delete your account, your projects, conversations and published versions are deleted with it.
Published projects are public
When you publish a project it becomes available at a public address that anyone with the link can open. Nothing else about your account becomes public. You can unpublish at any time from the project's preview toolbar.
Security
Access to your data is restricted per account at the database level. Passwords are stored hashed by Supabase and are never visible to us. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Your rights
You can access and correct your account details, export or delete your projects, and delete your account entirely from the Delete Account page. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Write to founder@ventrio.org.
Minors
Ventrio is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date below and, where the change is significant, tell account holders by email.
Effective date: 2026-08-13
